Community First Guam Federal Credit Union will sponsor the 40th Annual Guam Running Club Plumeria Road Race and Kids Fun Run. The road race festival will take place on Saturday, December 9, 2023 and will feature three race distances: 10-km, 5-km, and a 1.2-km kids fun run.
The races will start and finish at the new Community First Hagåtña Headquarters on Route 4. The 10-km will start at 5:45 AM, the 5-km will start at 6:00 AM, and the 1.2-km kids fun run will begin at 6:05 AM.
RUNGUAM DRIKWIK event shirts will be available to the first 300 registrants in the 5km and 10km runs. RUNGUAM Finisher medals will be available for the first 100 kids finishers.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the Top 3-Overall (men and women) finishers in the 10km and 5km races, and the Top Division winners (men and women) in the 10km and 5km both races.
Registration: Registration for the 10-km is $15, the 5-km is $10, and the kids 1.2-km fun run is $1.

The Course: From the Community First Hagåtña Headquarters, runners will head south on Route 4 and turn right on West O’Brien Drive towards 10th Street. After turning into 10th Street, runners will take a right northbound on Marine Corps Drive and turn in to West Soledad Avenue, after passing the U.S. District Court of Guam. Runners will stay on West Soledad Avenue until reaching Route 4 and heading back to the Community First Hagåtña Headquarters. 5km runners will finish in one loop, while 10km runners will run two loops.
