Community First Donates $5,500 to UOG Creative Alliance of Tritons for Mangilao Mural

Community First Guam Federal Credit Union recently donated $5,500 to the University of Guam’s (UOG) Creative Alliance of Tritons for their work in completing a mural in Mangilao. The mural was created through a collaboration between Community First, the Mangilao Mayor’s Office, and the University of Guam’s (UOG) Creative Alliance of Tritons. The mural is located in front of the Mangilao Mayor’s Office and basketball court on Route 10.

The mural project was completed after years of planning by Community First’s Student-Run Credit Union (SRCU) interns. SRCU interns undertake various projects throughout the course of their internship, including community outreach projects. The mural project was by Community First and the SRCU and was created as a symbol of the credit union’s commitment to the village of Mangilao.
