Current Vacancies

Member Service Representative

This face-to-face, high member-contact position supports the service center operations by performing a variety of paying and receiving functions for members in-person, via telephone, and through the mail. These functions include, but are not limited to, processing for deposits; withdrawals; loan payments; cashier's checks; money orders; travelers' checks, and cash advances.

Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 12 months teller experience; 18-24 months cash handling or customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Residential Investor Loan Servicing Specialist II/III:

This position is responsible for all functions and aspects of residential real estate loan servicing, outside of collection activity. This position provides support for the Loan Servicing Group, or LSG, within Credit Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Tech II - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus, two years related experience preferred and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Tech III - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus, at least three to four years related experience preferred and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC or Freddie Mac) or similar investor reporting and custodial account reconciliations preferred. Accounting background may be considered.
