Call Center Member Service Representative

Seeking a highly motivated individual able to provide excellent service delivery in our Call Center primarily via nonface-to-face channels. The right candidate must have excellent listening and problem solving skills to be able to respond to member inquiries or concerns, provide information, and offer solutions to address members’ needs.  Must be able to multi-task and handle high-volume call activity.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years credit union or other financial institution’s operations-related experience and/or training; at least two years customer service and sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compliance Support Technician –Full Time Temporary

Successful candidate will be someone who is attentive to, and detail oriented, organized, a quick learner, able to work independently, proficient in using Microsoft Office programs e.g. Excel, Word, etc., and applies sound thought processes. This is a clerical/administrative support position in function of the Compliance Department. High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree and experience in the financial industry a plus.

Full-Time Temporary (approximately 6-12 months) Consumer Loan Processor:

Seeking highly motivated, positive-minded, individuals with strong multi-tasking skills. Must able to handle high-volume call activity to support the upcoming fast-paced consumer loan campaign.  

Minimum qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required. Training will be provided but prior consumer loan experience is preferred.

Part-Time Member Service Representative I:

This candidate holding this position supports the service center operations by performing a variety of paying and receiving functions for members in-person, via telephone, and through the mail. These functions include, but are not limited to, processing for deposits; withdrawals; loan payments; cashier's checks; money orders; travelers' checks, and cash advances.

Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 12 months teller experience; 18-24 months cash handling or customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Senior Member Service Representative (MSR): 

Seeking a highly motivated individual with strong service delivery and supervisory teller operations skills. The candidate holding this position directs and supervises MSRs in providing prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous service to our Members, and supports the Service Center Manager in overseeing all daily operations and transaction activity.

 

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and two to three years of related financial institution experience; two to three years sales and service experience; and two to three years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
