Current Vacancies

Audit Technician

This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, maintains strong communication and can work independently, as well as work with other team members while conducting tasks. This position supports the Internal Audit department by performing data collection and review, ensure receipt of requested data or items, ensure accuracy of figure, calculations and postings reviewed, and transactions recorded by other workers as part of a routine audit.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Accounting Manager

Directs the development, implementation, and maintenance of accounting practices that result in providing a comprehensive accounting system. By performing personally or through subordinates, ensures all accounting records, policies, and procedures in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Duties include but are not limited to preparing reports related to the credit union’s business activity and financial position, account reconciliations, managing corporate bank and investment accounts, etc.

 

Minimum Qualifications: A college degree in accounting plus a minimum of two years related experience in the financial institution industry, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and supervise others.

 

Accounting and Finance Technician I, II, or III

Position provides support for the Accounting Department in maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities vary and increase by position and will entail varying accounting functions such as working with invoices, checks, vouchers, account statements, account and general ledger reconciliations, etc.

 

Minimum Qualifications:             

  • I – 6 to 12 months industry related experience

  • II – One year certificate from college or technical school, 6-12 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • III – Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, plus 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

 

 

Loan Servicing Insurance Specialist

Primary responsibilities center around daily insurance monitoring which may include managing vendor relationship, maintenance and obtaining satisfactory evidence of insurance on collateral, as applicable, for all secured loans; insurance renewal notifications; obtaining forced place coverage, as warranted. One-year related experience preferred but not required; basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
