Call Center Member Service Representative:

Seeking a highly motivated individual able to provide excellent service delivery in our Call Center primarily via nonface-to-face channels. The right candidate must have excellent listening and problem-solving skills to be able to respond to member inquiries or concerns, provide information, and offer solutions to address members’ needs.  Must be able to multi-task and handle high-volume call activity.

​

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; one to two years credit union or other financial institution’s operations-related experience and/or training; at least two years customer service and sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

​

​Part Time Member Service Representative:

This candidate holding this position supports the service center operations by performing a variety of paying and receiving functions for members in-person, via telephone, and through the mail. These functions include, but are not limited to, processing for deposits; withdrawals; loan payments; cashier's checks; money orders; travelers' checks, and cash advances.

​

Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 12 months teller experience; 18-24 months cash handling or customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.​​
