Wire Transfers
Wire transfers (or fund transfers) can be made from your Community First Guam FCU account to another credit union account or other financial institutions. You may initiate a fund transfer in person at any of our service centers in Hagatna, Dededo, Tamuning, or Mangilao.
You may also fax in your instructions to our Member Call Center at (671) 477-5522. For facsimile instructions, please be sure to sign your instructions and include a copy of valid identification such as a current driver's license, passport, or Military or GovGuam ID. Social Security cards are not considered acceptable identification.
Outgoing fund transfers:
You may transfer funds from your credit union account to other financial institutions, such as a bank. The wire transfer fee is as follows:

If you are sending or receiving a wire transfer to or from your Community First account, please follow the instructions below.
For Errors or Questions Regarding Foreign Remittance Transfers (Consumer International Wires)
You have a right to dispute errors in your transaction. If you think there is an error, contact us within 180 days at (671)472-8210 or emailus@cfirstguam.com. You can also contact us for a written explanation of your rights.
You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment, unless the funds have been picked up or deposited.
