Tamuning and Dededo Member Service Centers lobby teller services remain open from Monday to Friday and CLOSED on Saturday.
From 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM, lobby teller services will be reserved for the manamko’ and members with disabilities.
From 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, lobby teller services will be open to all members.
Drive-thru services will be available from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
UPDATED: Effective Monday, May 18, 2020, Drive Thru Services will be restored in our Hagatna Member Service Center.
UPDATED: Call Center Operations will be extended to 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
In person loan and other services remain available by appointment only.
Face masks will be mandatory to enter and social distancing policies will be strictly enforced. Handwashing stations will also be made available to members prior to entry into the Service Centers.
Hagåtña and Mangilao Service Centers will remain closed for lobby teller service operations.
ATMs are located outside all of our four Member Service Centers and are available to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Alternative Banking Channels
Members will continue to have access to accounts online and are encouraged to take advantage of our online banking, mobile app, or telephone banking services to conduct transactions. Contact our Call Center at 472-8210 for additional information on access to, and use of, these alternative banking channels. We will continue to maintain a clean and hygienic environment in each of our member service centers. We will also continue to monitor for any additional information regarding the coronavirus and let you, our members, know what this means for you and your credit union. These updates will be provided on our website or other delivery channels.
