  • PT Member Service Representative -
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 12 months teller experience; 18-24 months cash handling or customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • SR Member Service Representative -
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2-3 years of each of the following: credit union or other financial institution’s operations and cash handling related experience and/or training, supervisory experience, sales and service related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
