Community First is looking for individuals that possess an energetic and positive attitude and want to be part of a dynamic team.  All applicants must have a high school degree or equivalent certificate in addition to the following.

 

  • Member Service Representative (MSR) I (Part-time) & II (Full-time)
    • A combination of experience and or education of 12-24 months in cash handling and customer service, preferably in a credit union or the banking industry

  • FT Call Center Member Service II
    • A combination of experience and/or education of 24-36 months operations, sales, and customer service, preferably in a credit union or the banking industry

  • Compliance Specialist
    • A Bachelor’s degree or 3 years related experience and/or training in a credit union or the banking industry
