- Loan Servicing Manager – Manage all aspects customary to loan servicing, including but not limited to loan documentation, funding, Investor reporting and related functions, ARM and Escrow oversight, insurance tracking, loan adjustments, etc. The qualified candidate should possess a BA in business administration plus experience in loan servicing, credit, and collections in a financial institution (3-5 years), or an equivalent combination of training and experience in credit management.
- Service Center Manager- Responsible for directing departmental staff involved in all aspects of branch level member service delivery activities that collectively represent the public relations and corporate image of the credit union. Requires the ability to properly staff, schedule, train and develop service delivery personnel. The qualified candidate should possess a HS diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience in credit union or other financial institution’s operations or training; supervisory roles; sales and service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
